Terms & Conditions

1) Authenticity
All the items I sell are guaranteed 100% authentic and brand new. All items are either bought from the brand-name online store, major US department stores who are authorized resellers for the brands, or from the physical store in the USA by my partner.

Each item will arrive with either a gift receipt or the original receipt.

2) Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars. Prices include the cost of the item, international shipping, and local delivery. I deliver all items personally. Prices are subject to change.

3) Order Information
Items are for either pre-order, are ready-stock in the USA, or ready-stock in Singapore.

If you are interested in a particular item, we'll be glad to help you source for it, and provide you with a competitive quote.

4) Reservation of a ready-stock item
To reserve a ready-stock item, please make a payment within 1 business day. If payment is not received, I will release the item for sale.

5) Payment
For all ready-stock items (either in Singapore or USA), full payment is required.
For pre-order items, a deposit of 40% of the total purchase amount is required. The balance must be paid once the items arrive in Singapore.

All sales are final. There will be no cancellation or exchange.

If an item is unavailable at the time of order, a full refund will be made to you within 3 business days.

6) Shipping & Delivery
For ready-stock in USA, please allow for up to 2 weeks for delivery.
I will not be responsible for any delay by the freight forwarder.

For pre-orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
I will not be responsible for any delay by the merchant and freight forwarder.
