1. ✿✿ITEM/ORDER INFO✿✿
a) Items are either pre-order, ready stock in US or ready stock in Singapore.
b) All items are brand new, with the Coach authenticity tag, with care cards, with price tags, with Coach tissue paper & with gift receipts.
2. ✿✿RESERVATION OF ITEMS✿✿
a) We will reserve the item in your name after our confirmation email to your order. If the payment is not received within 1 day, your item will be released to others. Once the bank/ATM transfer has been done, please forward the transaction reference to me at boutthynails@gmail.com
3.✿✿PAYMENT TERMS✿✿
a) For items ready stock in Singapore, full payment is required.
b) For pre-order, there will be a deadline for all pre-order /orders for ready stock in US. Deposit of 40% of the total amount is required, full payment will be requested once items have reached Singapore.
c) Please note that no cancellation is allowed once deposit / payment is received. All sales are final.
4.✿✿ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY LEAD TIME✿✿
a) Please note that for pre-orders or ready stock in US, shipping may take 3 - 4 weeks. This however can vary, depending on USPS and SingPost.
b) Do note that all order/payment cut off date is on Friday as purchases will be made on the weekend and will be posted out the following Monday.
c) All items are posted out to Singapore on a weekly basis. In the event if payment is made after the cut-off date, the delivery date will be the following week.
5.✿✿AUTHENTICITY OF COACH ITEMS✿✿
a) We guarantee all items are 100% authentic. All are bought from Coach Factory stores in the USA by my partner.
b) If you need gift boxes, please let me know when placing your order. There will an additional charge of SGD5.00 per gift box requested.
c) Please note that the boxes provided by the Coach Factory Store is different from those provided by the Coach retail stores.
